Barista Training... Engage !

We have finally finished work on our barista training room and are ready to start getting into the weeds with all you aspiring baristas out there. While the shop focuses on a practical beginning course for baristas in a coffee shop environment, anyone interested in learning more about coffee, espresso, extraction, milk steaming, and drink composition would fun and learn a lot.

Converting the spare room at the roaster was actually a lot of hard work so I am throwing you some pics of the journey from sad, boring, carpeted office space to our beautiful new training room. Sarah, our trainer has developed a really cool class outline and I couldn’t be more pleased to finally have this part of our business back and in operation.
